Monroeville, PA (On-site) Areyou a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion forcustomer service in sales and operations support? We’re seeking aSales Support Specialist to play a key role in maintaining strongcustomer relationships while assisting the sales team in drivingbusiness growth. About the Role As a Sales Support Specialist, youwill have a dual responsibility:

Customer Service:

Providinghigh-quality support to customers by managing inquiries, processingorders, and ensuring satisfaction.

Sales Assistance:

Strategicallysupporting the sales team in acquiring new customers whilemaintaining existing accounts. This on-site position requires closecollaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers toensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service via phoneand email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues proactively.

Process and manage orders received by phone, email, and fax usingthe Chempax system. Build and maintain relationships withcustomers, educating them on new products and services to drivesales. Support sales representatives by identifying new leads andassisting in the sales process. Collaborate with site personnel,suppliers, and carriers to coordinate shipments and deliveries.

Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and improveprocesses. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements toenhance operations. Participate in team meetings and trainingsessions to foster collaboration and growth. Additional duties asassigned.

Qualifications & Requirements Education:

Associate’sdegree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimumof two years in customer service or sales support roles in anindustrial or manufacturing organization.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with officeequipment.

Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attentionto detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
