Client Advisor Tom Masano Auto Group, is looking to expand our sales force and is searching for a passionate and motivated Client Advisor to join our Sales Department in Reading, PA. This position will focus on all aspects of sales, including product knowledge and guidance, lease/finance structures and client interaction. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the sales process, buyer behaviors and objection handling.

Job Responsibilities:

Guide potential clients through the sales process of purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Provide product demonstrations and test drives. Working with management to structure leases/purchases. Prospecting for new clients. Professionally, courteously and respectfully interact with clients and meeting their needs.

Qualifications:

Prior automotive sales experience not necessary. We are willing to train and develop the right person.

Individuals with a background in the hospitality and/or restaurant industry are strongly encouraged to apply Experience representing a luxury brand helpful but not necessary Self-driven and motivated to achieve results Excellent communication skills Experience generating and/or building a loyal client base highly regarded Knowledge of current trends and news, plus a strong desire to learn more and do more Associates degree; bachelor’s degree a major plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically when drafting sales documentation. Able to work well in a “Four Seasons” environment.
