What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Success Specialist , you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our clients have a seamless experience from the moment they sign on through implementation and beyond. You’ll coordinate installations, manage logistics, and serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external clients.
The Role:
- Coordinating copier and technology installations at client sites
- Organizing delivery, training, networking setup, and supply needs
- Troubleshooting minor issues and escalating complex ones
- Maintaining accurate records of all onsite and implementation activities
- Driving communication across departments to ensure smooth execution
- Staying current with new technologies and internal process improvements

What You’ll Bring:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1+ year of customer service or coordination experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe tools, and MAC apps
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and regional travel (70%) with a valid driver’s license
- A team-first attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
