As an Inside Sales Representative for ACL Hygienic, you will be a key player in driving new customer acquisition and growth objectives supporting ACL Hygienic US Sales. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual, thrives on making numerous calls and emails daily, and is adept at working with channel partners, generating awareness, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. The ideal candidate has experience working for a component manufacturer or distributor within food & beverage, dairy, bio pharmaceutical industries being highly preferred . The position offers a base salary and quarterly + annual bonuses tied to new sales growth and customer acquisition . Job location : Boyertown PA or Remote Responsibilities Target hygienic, sanitary, food & beverage, pharma distributors and OEM’s for new sales through outbound cold and warm calls, emails, inbound lead follow-up etc. Utilize Salesforce, ZoomInfo, ACL Hygienic website inquiries, Linked In, CSR/RSM referrals for contact management. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest to build a robust portfolio of potential and current customers. Maintain and expand Salesforce database within the hygienic, sanitary, food & beverage and pharma markets. Understand customer needs and requirements, responding to leads in a timely manner. Provide information, answer questions, and guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact. Nurture qualified opportunities through the sales cycle to final closure. Provide exceptional customer experience with outstanding communication and listening skills. Close sales and meet quarterly and annual sales goals. Coordinate with key departments (ACL, Supply Chain, etc.) to build the pipeline and close deals. Track and quantify progress through Salesforce database and Opportunity Pipeline. Perform effective online demos to prospects. Technical aptitude and awareness. Perform additional tasks as designated by management. Requirements 3+ years selling to hygienic, sanitary food & beverage and pharma distributors and / or OEM’s. Established contacts within the hygienic, sanitary, food & beverage or pharma markets. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong customer orientation with top-notch follow-up and follow-through. Experience with Salesforce and ZoomInfo a plus. Education Requirements Associates, BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or direct industry experience. At least 3 Years experience with a component manufacturer or distributor of food & beverage, dairy, bio pharmaceutical products or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in an MRP and manufacturing environment.
