Responsibilities:

Customize a Floor Coating solution for pre-qualified leads Provide customers with a confident and clear explanation of our product and its benefits Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers Close deals same day – Target close rate 35%+ Handling financing and payments What you bring to the table: Ability to engage with clients through phone and video tools or media Ability to provide good communication with all customers Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet Self-discipline and effective time management Enthusiastic and motivated personality Maintain a clean and professional appearance Compensation 100% Commission Pay Commission based up to 12% We are an equal opportunity employer.
