We specialize in residential remodeling, excavation, demolition, and custom builds. Our reputation is built on honest communication, reliable timelines, and quality craftsmanship that clients can count on. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Estimating Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners, develop detailed estimates, and collaborate with our project managers to deliver smart, tailored home improvement solutions that fit each client’s needs and budget. This is a remote/field-based position. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals. Conduct on-site consultations with homeowners Assess project needs and develop accurate, detailed estimates Collaborate with project management to design creative, cost-effective solutions Present proposals clearly and professionally Follow up consistently and manage your sales pipeline Qualifications Prior experience in home improvement or construction-related sales. Strong skills in sales techniques, including upselling and account management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to maintain accurate records of transactions using CRM system. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasive selling techniques. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in the field. A valid driver’s license is required for travel to client locations.

Compensation Base Pay Commission Earning Potential :
