Now Hiring:

Lead Sales Manager We’re looking for a highly motivated, organized, and experienced Sales Leader to drive sales, coordinate projects, and strengthen client relationships. If you’re someone who thrives in the outdoors, loves connecting with people, and enjoys seeing a job well done, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Ø Meet residential & commercial clients on-site to evaluate needs and provide detailed estimates Ø Represent us at local community events and gatherings Ø Schedule and coordinate job estimates with the office team Ø Identify and develop sales territories with ownership Ø Lead scheduling and follow-up of sold projects Ø Maintain clear communication with clients and the internal team Ø Use Microsoft Office and email platforms to deliver quotes and scope of work

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of sales experience, &/or in a related field (tree/landscaping industry a plus!) Ø Strong leadership and time-management skills Ø Excellent written and verbal communication Ø Comfortable using MS Office, Excel, and email Ø ISA Certification (or willingness to obtain) Ø Valid driver’s license with a clean record
