Position:

Service Business Development Representative (BDC) As a Service BDC Representative, you’ll use your communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail to schedule service appointments, follow up with customers, and help deliver the high standard of care that sets Colonial apart.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and respond to service inquiries with courtesy and professionalism. Schedule service appointments accurately based on customer needs and technician availability. Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction. Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system. Make outbound calls for routine maintenance reminders, recalls, and other service campaigns. Communicate effectively with the Service Advisors and Management Team to coordinate scheduling needs. Address customer questions and concerns or direct them to the appropriate team member. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the customer journey.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or automotive environment preferred. Strong phone and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and efficiency. Proficiency in typing, email communication, and CRM systems. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Solid organizational and time management skills. Availability to work full-time, including some Saturdays and evening shifts. A genuine desire to provide outstanding customer care and contribute to a positive team culture.
