This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales—especially within high-end or technical retail—who enjoys helping customers find the perfect product to elevate their home. You’ll be part of a close-knit team committed to excellent service and achieving shared goals.
What You’ll Do:
Guide customers through product options and recommend solutions tailored to their needs Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and technical features Maintain a clean, well-organized, and inviting showroom Process transactions accurately and efficiently Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Build and nurture long-term customer relationships Contribute to daily operations, including opening and closing procedures

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in retail sales—preferably in fireplaces, grills, home furnishings, or other technical/high-end products Experience with showroom opening and closing procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Team player with a professional, customer-first attitude Flexibility to work occasional evenings or holidays as needed
