Restoration Specialist/Salesman Emergency Response Team LLC Feasterville-Trevose, PA 19053 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Salesman/Restoration Technician Specialist to join our team in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in various restoration processes, including fire restoration, water damage restoration, and mold remediation. This role involves signing work, working with hand tools and specialized equipment to restore properties affected by disasters, ensuring that each project meets our high standards of quality and safety. Duties Sign the Job, this is most important part of the job. Sales skills are important for step one which is to get the work. Assess damage to properties and develop a plan for restoration. Perform fire restoration tasks, including securing the home and the affected areas and placing smoke machines to rid the house of smoke damage. Execute water damage restoration procedures, including extraction and drying. Conduct mold remediation to ensure a safe environment for occupants. Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively for board ups and demolition of affected areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the restoration process. Communicate with clients regarding the progress of restoration efforts. Experience Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred, particularly in fire restoration, water damage restoration, and mold remediation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations.
