This position is for those with car sales experience who’ve excelled in Sales but want an opportunity in Finance. You must have worked in a car dealership before to qualify for this role. Career Description:

You begin your journey as a salesperson where you will provide an excellent buying experience for each customer as you learn the ins-and-outs of the dealership’s process. Once you’ve proven yourself to be a valuable member of the team, you transition into a Finance Trainee to begin your second journey in F&I. As a Finance and Insurance Manager your role will be to sell insurance products, provide financing options, and complete all paperwork accurately while ensuring a great customer experience. This career involves sales & leadership, not accounting or high-level math.
