Senior Outside Sales Representative Insight Pipe Contracting, LLC 232 East Lancaster Road, Harmony, PA 16037 Harmony, PA Company is seeking a dedicated and reliable Outside Sales Representative to cultivate new account opportunities and develop existing customer relationships in the Industry. The Outside Sales Representative must have past construction/sewer maintenance and rehabilitation services experience and will be responsible for proactively driving new business through cold calling, networking and cross selling to new and existing customers. Essential job functions include, but are not limited to: Preparing weekly and monthly sales plans and forecasts. Monitor and track plans to ensure sales quotas are met. Develop and propose customer solutions utilizing our service offerings. Increase the market knowledge of all of the company’s services. Track customer information gathered on sales calls. Follow-up with potential and current customers via email, phone calls and office/site visits. (Daily local travel is required) Prepare and submit written price quotes. Hours will be Monday – Friday approximately 7am – 4pm with having the ability to receive customer calls on a 24/7 basis. Participation in relevant product and service trade shows. The Outside Sales Representative position will be salaried and include a company cell phone and company vehicle. Requirements:

Proven ability to prospect, negotiate and close deals. 3+ years business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the industrial or environmental services market. Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent additional experience required. Strong customer-orientation; prompt issue resolution and follow through. Strong and persuasive communication skills. Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills. Minimum Class “C” driver’s license and current DOT Medical Card. Subject to pre-employment and random drug testing.
