• Hybrid work Job Description Stoltzfus Bros Construction LLC is a family-run, local roofing business that works out of Spring Mills, PA and surrounding areas.

At Stoltzfus Bros we specialize in asphalt shingle roofing. We’re currently seeking a part-time salesperson to connect with potential clients within a 50-mile radius. This role offers flexible scheduling, and on working days, you’ll be expected to meet with 2-3 prospective leads. While this is a part-time position for now, there is potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance. • Keep track of incoming leads using the Jobber system
• Contact and set up meetings with potential clients and drive to and from their homes
• Physically inspect the roof to provide a quote for the client Qualifications
• Comfortable with heights up to 25 Ft
• Driver’s License
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management skills Experience
• Previous Sales experience preferred
• Some familiarity with roofing is preferred, but not required
• Customer service experience would be beneficial for this role if no sales experience Benefits

Schedule:

Flexible based on your availability. 6-8-hour shifts. Late afternoon to evening hours can be helpful. Weekend availability is optional.
