We’re looking for a sharp, friendly, and organized Customer Success & Sales Operations Specialist who thrives on making things happen. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person who ensures our customers feel supported and our internal sales and service operations stay on track. You’ll work across teams, supporting clients using our services (including DIRECTV® and NACEConnect), helping our sales staff keep deals moving, and making sure customers always feel heard and taken care of.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Customer Support & Success Be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for our customers Respond quickly and professionally to inbound support requests Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues Accurately document service activity in our support system (Help2Desk) Sales & Order Coordination Assist with order entry and contract processing Support the sales team during busy periods or when team members are out Compile and organize programming data for our TV system configuration team Track and manage client contracts, agreements, and paperwork Billing & Account Support Follow up on overdue accounts to protect revenue Resolve billing questions quickly and accurately Help ensure customers stay satisfied and informed

Who You Are:

You have strong customer service instincts and love helping people You’re detail-oriented and stay cool under pressure You’re confident working with data, systems, and processes You have great communication skills — written and verbal You work well across teams and love a fast-paced environment Experience with Salesforce or SaaS tools?
