Customer Success Specialist The Stove Shop Fireplace Center Phoenixville, PA 19460 Customer Success Specialist The Stove Shop Fireplace Experts is a family owned and operated retail hearth shop offering a complete line of wood, gas and pellet burning fireplaces, stoves, and inserts. We are looking for a full-time customer service focused individual to work in our showroom in Phoenixville, PA. We are looking for someone who will embrace the core values of our family business and provide exceptional customer service in this warm and friendly environment. The hours for this position are Tuesday-Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-4. Candidates who apply for this position, and are successful, will have growth opportunities within the business. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take initiative using our computer systems. Proficiency with Striven ERP and Google GSuite is beneficial. Computer competency is required for you to be effective in this role.
- Answers incoming phone calls and speaks to customers in the showroom.
- Follows up with customers on sales calls, schedules service calls and generally help solve customer’s problems.
- Helps to maintain the showroom’s presentation by taking pride in a clean environment.
- Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate person.
- Collect payment and help customers buy good or place deposits for open orders.
REQUIREMENTS
of a
Customer Service Specialist:
- Excellent customer service and good telephone etiquette.
- Proficient with basic computer systems like Google Gsuite, Apple iOS and if extra bonus for Striven
- Candidate should live within a15-minute commute of Phoenixville, PA 19460.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to pay close attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills as the position requires daily contact with customers, managers, and salespeople.
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds and having a forklift certification is a plus.
