Sales Support & Customer Service Assist with order entry, ensuring accurate pricing information is entered into the system. Monitor and prorate orders based on product availability, communicating necessary adjustments to customers. Address and process customer complaints, short pays, and credits/adjustments, ensuring timely resolution. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Assist Sales Managers in handling customer issues/concerns and ensure appropriate follow-up. Communicate daily with farms to coordinate order adjustments and delivery requirements. Data Management & Reporting Collect, manage, and prepare customer and industry data for analysis, ensuring data integrity and security. Maintain and track data related to sales, inventory, purchase orders, and deliveries. Support the analysis of sales, customer, and industry data to measure performance and assist in achieving sales goals. Maintain historical data and tracking systems, ensuring accurate reporting. Assist in preparing reports and presenting data insights to stakeholders. Financial & Business Planning Support Assist in analyzing data to support business performance reviews, tracking variance against budget and year-over-year (YOY) performance. Support managing budgets related to expenses and headcount in collaboration with sales and finance teams. Track and process purchase orders, ensuring timely receipt and follow-up for payment. Assist with collections for overdue purchase orders, helping to resolve outstanding balances. Help gather data and prepare business cases for key projects, ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination. Inventory & Procurement Coordination Manage inventory accuracy throughout the inventory management cycle, coordinating with the plant manager for regular cycle counts. Support ordering processes to maintain optimal inventory levels, minimizing excess stock and reducing the risk of obsolescence. Track and maintain inventory levels to align with customer demand and business needs. Collaborate with internal teams to monitor stock movement and adjust procurement strategies as necessary. Support for Process Improvement &Compliance Assist in streamlining operational processes, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Help maintain compliance with internal policies, financial guidelines, and external regulations. Support teams with any process-related inquiries, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. What are we looking for? Bachelor of Science or equivalent with strong business/economics/marketing background 3 years’ experience in sales and customer service Experience and understanding of effective data management and analysis Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in data management, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Strong communication skills, working effectively with both internal teams and external customers. Ability to support and facilitate team efforts in alignment with business goals. Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
