Full-Time Counter Sales & Delivery Coordinator We are a growing lumber yard seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Counter Sales & Delivery Coordinator . This role is essential in supporting our sales operations and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in customers and account holders with product selection and order processing Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate with drivers and yard staff Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer interactions Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly Support inventory management and maintain a clean, organized counter area

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in sales, customer service, or logistics preferred Familiarity with building materials or the lumber industry is a plus Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software
