About the Role
Wave Central, a leader in wireless camera and broadcast solutions, is looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our growing Sales Team based in Carlisle, PA.
As an ISR, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth by connecting customers with cutting-edge technology—supporting our field sales efforts while developing new business relationships of your own. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a direct impact on customer success.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you’ll serve as a vital link between internal teams and clients—managing day-to-day sales activities and ensuring a smooth journey from the first conversation to final delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating new leads through cold calling, trade shows, and strategic outreach
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
  • Managing inbound inquiries and following up on qualified sales opportunities
  • Supporting pricing discussions, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Delivering product presentations to prospective customers
  • Keeping CRM (Salesforce) records accurate and up to date
  • Monitoring trends to stay informed about industry and product developments
  • Reviewing quotes and purchase orders for accuracy
  • Assisting with RMAs, product updates, and out-of-warranty processes
    About You

You’ll bring prior experience in a customer-facing technical sales role, along with solid skills in ERP and CRM systems—ideally Salesforce—and be confident using the Microsoft Office suite.
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional who thrives on delivering results and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to get things done.
An interest in radio communications, broadcast equipment, or wireless systems is a plus—but not a requirement. What matters most is your energy, reliability, and drive to succeed.
