We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship and Sales Support Specialist to assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, specifically accounts (WW and Feldco). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in communication, sales support, and performance monitoring, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively.

Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
Assist in building and maintaining robust relationships with WW and Feldco accounts by understanding their needs and concerns, ensuring overall satisfaction
Follow up on issues related to orders, field service, and quality concerns to ensure timely resolutions
Manage sample orders and tracking processes
Facilitate credit approval requests under $500
Participate in bi-monthly Window World calls to stay updated and engage with clients
Communication and Liaison
Act as a communication bridge between WW and Feldco, the Territory Sales Manager (TSM), and the Plant, sharing relevant information regarding client concerns and proposed solutions
Assist in identifying internal contacts for customer inquiries related to service, quality, logistics, and marketing
Propose solutions that meet customer requirements while collaborating with internal teams
Lead various key projects/business practice functions. (
EX:
Samples department, Vendo initiative, etc.)
Sales and Presentations
Dedicate one week bi-monthly to visiting WW and Feldco locations to develop relationships and better understand their needs and concerns
Initially accompany the TSM on customer visits, progressing to managing a list of target locations independently
Provide training on products, programs, and customer expectations as needed
Assist in developing PowerPoint presentations for WW and Feldco locations.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze account performance to ensure targets are met and areas for improvement are identified
Industry Knowledge
Engage in training related to industry trends, competitor actions, and best practices to stay informed and contribute effectively to the team
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers
Analytical skills to assess performance metrics and trends
Willingness to travel for customer visits
Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management is a plus
