POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative & Sales Recovery Specialist who can generate new business, nurture warm leads, and re-engage lost or inactive clients. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who is both a natural closer and a skilled relationship builder.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inbound & Outbound Sales:

Handle incoming sales inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and CRM tools.

Sales Recovery:

Reconnect with past customers, failed deals, or inactive accounts to reignite interest and close new business.

Pipeline Management:

Maintain and update the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate notes, activity logs, and deal progress.

Qualify Leads:

Assess potential clients’ needs, budget, and timeline to ensure high-quality pipeline generation.

Follow-Up Mastery:

Execute consistent, value-based follow-up strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel.

Performance Tracking:

Meet and exceed monthly quotas for new sales, recovered revenue, and reactivations.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, customer success, and leadership to align strategies and maximize conversions.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of inside sales, account management, or sales development experience (sales recovery experience is a plus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections Proven ability to close deals and hit KPIs Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) High level of initiative, persistence, and accountability Adaptable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Appointment conversion rate (inbound/outbound) Recovered sales (dollar value) Call volume and follow-up activity Customer satisfaction and positive feedback

$45,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
