Salary:

$60,000 – $90,000per year A bit about us: We are seeking a highly motivated,results-driven Permanent Inside Sales Representative to join ourdynamic Manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity to bepart of a fast-paced, innovative environment where yourcontributions will directly impact the growth and success of theorganization. This organization is growing substantially-goingthrough 3 more acquisitions this summer! This is an amazingopportunity for someone 2-3 years of experience, looking to grow intheir career! This position is in the office 4 days/week and remoteone day (there is flexibility in hybrid aspects). The idealcandidate will have experience with quoting, bidding withinconstruction and/or any type of experience in the service industry.

You will be responsible for building and maintainingstrong relationships with our customers, identifying new businessopportunities, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. Astrong understanding of the manufacturing industry, coupled with apassion for sales and customer service, is key to succeeding inthis role.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strongrelationships with new and existing customers to expand salesopportunities. 2. Understand customer needs and requirements andprovide suitable solutions. 3. Identify emerging markets and marketshifts while being fully aware of new products and competitionstatus. 4. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfullymanaging the sales pipeline. 5. Use your knowledge of themanufacturing industry to guide customers towards the bestsolutions for their needs. 6. Work closely with the customerservice and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction andproblem resolution. 7. Coordinate sales effort with team membersand other departments. 8. Provide accurate forecasts and salesreports to management regularly.

Qualifications:

1. 5 years ofexperience in inside sales, preferably in the industrial,manufacturing, service, or construction sectors. 2. Proven trackrecord of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over thephone. 3. Strong customer service skills and a commitment tobuilding strong relationships with customers. 4. Strong phonepresence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. 5.Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. 7. Abilityto multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 8.Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.9. Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, andmaturity. 10. Ability to work in a team and independently whenrequired. 11. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.12.
