Overview:

The Sales Account Coordinator is responsible for preparing and responding to customer requests for quotations. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.

Ridgway, PA Responsibilities:

Respond to customer Requests for Quotation (RFQ) Prepare all Standard Quotations Maintain database of customer quotations and file recorded quotations Gain an understanding of ATS reference database of specification, test methods, and testing practices Participate in outside sales contacts and customer calls as needed Interact with Technical Service and Customer Service to process Advanced and Non-Standard Quotations Participate in customer service calls, as requested Coordinate customer requirements, quality requirements, and enter customer orders into the laboratory’s job entry system, as requested Participate in sales development and customer development activities that increase contact with and from potential customers Participate in trade shows, marketing initiatives, and campaigns as requested Maintain awareness of industry trends and customer segments as they relate to the services provided and recommend methods for sales forecasting Occasional travel required to attend trade shows and customer sites (10-15%) Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the

Sales Manager Requirements:

Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent experience Previous sales or customer interface experience Expertise in related industries, technologies, or customer applications preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Knowledge of ISO 17025 or other quality systems
