Position Summar y:
The Business Development Representative for MidCentral Energy is responsible for driving growth through identifying new opportunities, developing tailored power solutions, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across US Frac market. This role combines technical expertise, strategic planning, and relationship management to meet the unique demands of clients requiring MedCentral’s products and services.
Essential Functions:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, target markets, and refine strategies Develop growth strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on Frac services Identify potential clients and projects that align with our offerings Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the client base and market presence Collaborate with the sales team to propose tailored solutions that meet customer requirements, ensuring alignment between client needs and product capabilities Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to secure contracts Negotiate contracts, including sales, rentals, and maintenance agreements, to achieve win-win outcomes Establish strategic partnerships with logistics providers, equipment rental companies, and key regional players Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and alignment with sales and marketing strategies Provide hands-on support and guidance to customer, including installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment Deliver regular reports on business development activities, client feedback, and revenue growth, and recommend process improvements based on market dynamics Acquire and expand customer relationships while resolving issues to drive product and service sales Recommend modifications to products and services based on customer feedback and market demands Meet sales volume and revenue goals through targeted business development efforts. Oversee and facilitate the delivery and installation of products to ensure customer satisfaction Travel regularly to engage in person client meetings when necessary

Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or closely related field
Minimum Experience:
