Our primary focus is on spray foam insulation, blown in cellulose and fiberglass insulation. We also work closely with contractors to provide exterior foundation waterproofing. Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced insulation sales individual to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, following up on new leads, estimating, and submitting proposals. You’ll work hand in hand with our installation teams to ensure customers are getting high quality experience and services they desire.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a sales funnel, pursuing new opportunities in both commercial and residential sectors Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and support Conduct on site assessments and provide price estimates catered to the clients needs Collaborate with the installation team to ensure client satisfaction and project success Stay up to date on trends in the industry and have an eagerness to learn more about the industry
Qualifications:
•Sales experience with a book of business in the insulation industry (required) Strong communication skills Ability to build relationships with individuals in the skilled trades A passion for working in a team environment with great culture Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel. No overnight required.

$50,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
