Telecommunications Sales Account Representative DE Management Associates Scranton, PA As an established business development and sales firm for the surrounding region, we work to connect local consumers with our client’s telecommunications services. Our contract with our Client allows us to craft and execute field sales solutions with the intent to create exceptional customer experiences, drive business growth, and increase revenue. Our team prioritizes knowledge, transparency, and professionalism in order to achieve the performance metrics set between our company and client. We are looking for a Telecommunications Sales Account Representative who will execute field sales solutions on behalf of our Client. As the Telecommunications Sales Representative, you are in a front-facing position responsible for communicating with new and existing customers and delivering telecommunications solutions that best suit the customer’s lifestyle and needs. Additionally, you will provide account support through the enrollment and installation process. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented with an innate ability to build relationships with a variety of people and thrives in a results-driven environment.
Telecommunications Sales Account Representative Responsibilities:
Increasing client revenue through in-person sales and customer service efforts Deliver sales presentations to prospective customers with a focus on quality products that are best suited to their needs Answer product and service questions keeping honesty, transparency and professionalism at the forefront of all customer interactions Escalate complaints and concerns to the appropriate department in an effort to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Close sales and provide dedicated account support through the enrollment and installation process Identify cross-selling opportunities when available Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market
Telecommunications Sales Account Representative Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required College degree or curriculum in a relevant field is preferred Excellent communication skills, with customers and between coworkers within the office The ability to work full-time and meet at the office for meetings and training sessions An interest in business, sales, telecommunications, marketing, or management Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, client relations, business, or marketing
