In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with their purchases, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for sales. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. Process sales transactions accurately using a POS system. Provide information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized and clean sales counter area. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Upsell and promote additional products to meet customer needs. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Strong communication abilities to effectively interact with customers. Sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management. Ability to sell products effectively while understanding customer needs.
