Job Description
We’re hiring motivated individuals to join our inside sales team! As a Business Development Representative, you’ll call local businesses, identify their needs, and set appointments for our Outside Sales team. This is an on-site position located in Lancaster, PA. ? Hourly pay + uncapped commission? Bonuses for every appointment set?

What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to prospects
- Build rapport and reach decision-makers
- Set qualified sales appointments
- Track activity in our CRM

- Clear, professional communication
- Confidence to ask for the appointment
- Great listening and people skills
- Comfortable making 100 calls/day
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
