Sales Representative for Custom Cabinetry 1.5 1.5 out of 5 stars 215 Diller Avenue, New Holland, PA 17557 Rutt Quality Cabinetry is a leader who continues to set the cabinetry industry standard for perfection. We are interested in meeting individuals who possess the desire, passion, and experience to join our team to help craft and support the production of some of the finest cabinetries available. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Sales Representative. This position will communicate and represent the company nationally to our Dealer base. Will be responsible for growing territorial sales and profitability through development of the existing account base and the strategic addition of accounts in expanded geographies and new business segments. Will provide an optimal level of service and support to our Dealers along with effectively communicating new product introductions and changes. Will also be responsible to maintain sales forecasts along with an ongoing schedule of account communications and visitations to effectively influence change and growth. The successful candidate will have experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen and bath industry. Will also have an impressive knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service including customer needs assessment and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Must have the ability to present information effectively both one-on-one and in groups and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Working conditions require 60% travel including some overnight and the ability to work outside regular business hours as needed.
