We’re expanding fast, and we’re looking for a high-performing In-Home Sales Representative who knows how to close — and wants a career, not just a commission. The Role As an Outside Sales Consultant , you’ll meet with pre-qualified leads provided by our marketing and canvassing teams — as well as generate your own leads through networking, canvassing, and referrals . Your job is to educate homeowners, assess needs, present solutions, and close deals. This is a consultative sales role — not cold selling . Homeowners are often eligible to have most or all of the work covered by insurance due to storm damage. What Makes This Role Different We provide warm leads daily from our marketing & canvassing teams You’re also expected to self-generate leads through local outreach No high-pressure sales or overpriced products Fast learning curve — hit the ground running with paid training Compensation & Benefits Uncapped commissions — earn $100,000-$200,000+ per year Company vehicle + gas card Paid training & onboarding Full benefits package: Medical, dental, vision 401(k) Paid time off & paid holidays Regular team events, trips, and performance bonuses Key Responsibilities Run in-home appointments with company-provided leads Self-generate new leads through canvassing, referrals, and local outreach Conduct thorough home inspections (including roof assessments) Present solutions and close on the spot using our proven sales system Accurately complete and submit customer paperwork within 24 hours Participate in weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions Maintain company property (vehicle, iPad, samples) in professional condition What We’re Looking For 2-4 years of successful sales closing experience (home improvement preferred) Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills Tech savvy — able to use CRM systems and iPad tools Physically able to climb roofs when needed Self-motivated with a hunter mentality for generating leads Professional, coachable, and goal-oriented Valid driver’s license & clean driving record Schedule Full-time availability: Monday – Saturday Flexible hours to match homeowner availability: days, evenings, weekends Education High school diploma or equivalent required Ready to Close Big and Build a Real Career?
