Hourly Wage:
$20.62 with $1,500 maximum quarterly bonus potential
DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
Provide immediate support to incoming customer inquiries via telephone, e-mail and chat and assist the Sales team in the development of customer relationships while continuously promoting products and educating providers
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Provide prompt assistance by responding to inquiries through the Retail Sales queue, e-mail requests, chats, and enter orders in a timely manner Communicate effectively and professionally, ensuring it is easy for customers to conduct business with Pride Effectively utilize the Pride Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document valuable information in order to keep team members up to date on account activity Maintain a high level of customer service by being friendly, respectful, responsive, and open-minded Assist in maintaining business relationships and long-term partnerships with Pride customers by offering support to the Inside Sales Account Executives when they are out of office to meet the business needs of the providers in their assigned area Adhere to all processes and policies including but not limited to pricing, Voice of Customer (VOC), and freight Utilize appropriate resources including managers and other departments to accomplish tasks as needed Participate in projects that drive overall efficiency and continuously promote the use of self-service options by promoting PQ365 Identify sell-up opportunities and secure orders to assist in achieving company sales goals Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training Focus on continuous improvement and provide recommended solutions as it relates to process and procedures Consistently demonstrate good business judgment especially as related to negotiating and closing sales Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience, OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field with at least 6 months of sales experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred
REQUIRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma or
GED PREFERRED EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field preferred
