Inside Sales Representative Stephen’s Pipe & Steel, LLC Montoursville, PA 17754 Overview Stephen’s Pipe & Steel has been in business for over 50 years and is the largest American owned fencing manufacturer/distributor in the nation. We are seeking a motivated and customer service orientated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key roll in delivering exceptional service, through the quoting, purchasing and material delivery process. If you are passionate about sales and eager to contribute to our growth, we want to hear from you. Duties Answering customer inquiries and making cold calls. Read customer drawings and sketches. Determine materials required. Process quote requests and orders. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Skills Experience in inside sales or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Proficiency in basic math. A proactive approach to selling products while ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Familiarity with fence products and installation techniques is a plus.
