About Us:

Telestars is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team! If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals, we want to hear from you. Bilingual agents are a plus.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions Maintain a strong knowledge of our products/services Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies

Requirements:

Previous outbound sales experience recommended Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to work independently and stay motivated Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
