We’re a fast-growing, family-owned residential and commercial painting company seeking a confident and coachable Outside Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a base salary + commission with uncapped earning potential and real career growth. We’re looking for home services experience, hospitality pros, restaurant managers, country club GMs, and customer service leaders who know how to keep things calm under pressure and can make people feel like VIPs—because that’s who our homeowners are.

What You’ll Do:

Run in-home consultations with homeowners (leads provided!) Educate customers and create detailed estimates Close sales and follow up with professionalism Collaborate with our painting partners to deliver a 5-star experience Use our CRM to track leads and manage your pipeline
