Business Development Manager – Precision GTM
Major Responsibilities
Execute outbound lead generation campaigns across email, social, direct mail, and phone to drive awareness and qualified interest in Precision GTM.
Support the Sales Account Executive and Solution Consultant by developing account-specific strategies, running initial discovery, and qualifying buyer interest.
Develop, manage, and report on multi-channel campaign performance to refine messaging and optimize conversion rates.
Conduct research on target life science companies, identifying key stakeholders and aligning Precision GTM’s value proposition to brand and market access needs.
Assist with creation of prospect-facing materials including emails, landing pages, and presentations to elevate the quality of our first-touch interactions.
Maintain close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align campaigns to pipeline goals and evolving market feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
3-5 years of professional experience in business development or demand generation with a track record of driving pipeline and revenue.
Life sciences industry experience required, with proven experience selling SaaS into pharma or biotech clients.
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful outbound campaigns—portfolio of past work highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—with the ability to tell a compelling story and get buyers to take action.
Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, measure success, and iterate rapidly.
Strong collaboration skills, especially in a cross-functional environment with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
Comfortable using CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
