Trauma Services is New England’s largest biohazard remediation provider, offering vital services to law enforcement, public health agencies, municipal institutions, and private sector organizations. With offices across the Northeast, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, expert care during challenging times.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Liaison with law enforcement experience to cultivate, nurture and expand relationships with local and state police departments, public health agencies, housing authorities, emergency services, municipal institutions and private property management organizations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively connect with key stakeholders across law enforcement, public health, and municipal agencies. Build relationships through regular visits to police departments, emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings. Deliver PPE kits and other materials to stakeholders. Organize and host meetings, lunches, trainings and other relationship-building events. Conduct safety training sessions related to crime scene safety or other law enforcement-specific skills (experience in training is a plus). Represent Trauma Services at tradeshows, dinners, golf outings and other events. This may include evening or overnight commitments as required. Attend in-person meetings at the Mansfield, MA office 1-2 times per month.
Qualifications:
Law Enforcement Experience:
Must be a former or retired law enforcement professional with a strong network of contacts and excellent standing in the law enforcement community. Proven ability to establish and grow relationships within law enforcement, municipal institutions, and private sector organizations. Experience in training on crime scene processing or other law enforcement-specific skills is a plus. Kind, honest, compassionate and well-respected within the community. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within PA/NJ.
