Our Customer Enrollment Trainee team develops campaigns with a personal touch that aim to connect our clients directly with consumers in their target markets. The Customer Enrollment Trainee will act as an ambassador between our clients and potential customers in the Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate for the Customer Enrollment Trainee position is able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional sales service to both our clients and prospective customers. Responsibilities of a
Customer Enrollment Trainee:
Provide outstanding sales support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Facilitate interactive presentations to potential customers by providing product and service information and sales quotes. Work with fellow Customer Enrollment Trainees to successfully contact all provided leads Stay up to date with all customer information, any promotions, products or service updates Build strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal sales teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate customer sales records.
Customer Enrollment Trainee Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing, customer service, or account management role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and navigate complex conversations with professionalism and empathy. Proven ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions independently and collaboratively. Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset when it comes to problem-solving and process improvement. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and contribute meaningfully to a collaborative, results-driven team culture. Strong adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments, with a passion for continuous learning and growth.

$850.00 – $1,300.00 per week
