Customer Sales Representative Summary:
As a Customer Sales Rep, you’ll be responsible for selling products and plans and providing exceptional customer service at residential appointments.
Basic Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service that builds loyalty and strengthens our client’s brand. Offer tailored sales solutions by evaluating customer needs, recommending products, and maximizing the existing customer base. Set up customer accounts and provide relevant reference materials for ongoing support. Address customer inquiries regarding billing, accounts, and technical issues by offering the right solutions. Meet or exceed sales performance goals. Complete all required training to ensure ongoing success.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. 6 months to 1 year of sales experience. Valid Driver’s License.
