Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The primary focus of this position is to grow our business by developing new accounts and managing existing relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives on meeting sales targets and building lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pursue, and secure new wholesale tire accounts. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers. Promote and sell a full range of tires to commercial clients, auto shops, dealerships, and fleet accounts. Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales. Provide product knowledge, support, and service to customers. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the tire or automotive industry. Strong prospecting and closing skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
