A Sales Assistant is a vital team player that requires strong communication and organizational skills as well as attention to detail. This individual will field calls and inquiries regarding our log home packages and lumber products, while providing excellent customer service. They will work closely with sales to identify and maintain steady communication with high priority leads, as well as calendaring out long term planning of various projects. They will keep detailed records of communications, meetings, and documents as well as supporting sales with various other tasks as needed.

Qualifications and skills:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized with the ability to multi-task and follow direction
• Skilled in computers and technology for data entry and record keeping
