Sales Support Specialist Lang Specialty Trailers 106 Turnberry Cir, Latrobe, PA 15650 Job Summary A highly organized and proactive Sales Support Specialist supports day-to-day administrative operations, logistics coordination, vendor relations and inventory control. This role ensures efficient office functionality, assists with inventory and vendor management, and plays a key part in inventory control and production support efforts. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, communication, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Sales Support Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces. Perform general printing and administrative support for sales and company needs. Enter data related to job responsibilities and assigned projects. Assist the sales team with administrative, technical, and customer-facing tasks to streamline the sales process and improve customer satisfaction. Logistics & Operations Manage outgoing logistics and maintain up-to-date lot maps. Schedule trailer detailing services with Wolf Brothers, communicate with Floor Managers and ensure timely execution. Generate and print MSOs (Manufacturer’s Statements of Origin) and VIN labels for outgoing units; place MSOs in the owner’s manual of completed trailers or follow other disposition instructions as directed. Oversee parts and warranty order processing, customer communication and tracking. Maintain and update tire sheets and photo records, ensuring they are accurately attached to customer invoices within one week completed production or assigned to a customer if a stock trailer. Flexibility & Cross-Training Responsibilities may vary based on business needs, workflow changes, and company structure. Cross-training with other office-based positions is required to ensure departmental support and operational coverage.
