Now, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Internet Sales Representative (BDC) to join our growing team at our Jack Giambalvo Hyundai location in York. If you have experience in a BDC, internet sales, or call center environment and you’re passionate about providing outstanding customer service—we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Respond promptly to internet inquiries and online leads via phone, email, and text Assist potential customers with vehicle availability, pricing, features, and appointments Work closely with the sales team to schedule showroom visits and follow-ups Maintain CRM accuracy and complete daily outbound follow-up calls with professionalism Provide a friendly, no-pressure customer experience—every time
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a BDC, internet sales, or call center environment is required Strong written and verbal communication skills A positive, team-oriented attitude and a customer-first mindset Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools
