What You’ll Do:
Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, and online inquiries Set appointments and follow up with potential customers Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience Use CRM tools to track leads, update customer records, and manage follow-ups
