The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This position requires a strong focus on customer service, effective communication skills, and the ability to analyze sales data to enhance performance. Duties Engage with potential and existing customers through inside sales techniques to promote our products and services. Utilize Salesforce software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales performance. Conduct direct sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territories. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts. Collaborate with team members to develop effective territory management plans that align with company goals. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase product benefits and features. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on progress regularly. Experience Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales or direct sales environment. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. A background in customer service is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of client needs and expectations.
