This role involves engaging with clients, conducting product demos, and driving lead generation efforts to meet sales targets. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers. Generate leads through various methods including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Upsell additional products or services to enhance client experience. Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on achieving sales goals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales or D2D sales environments is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and customer needs. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively. Experience in technical sales is a plus but not required. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with potential customers. Proficient in lead generation techniques, including cold calling strategies. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
