What You’ll Do Lead Generation:
Proactively generate your own leads through online research, networking events, and referrals.
Sales & Closing:
Convert leads into closed deals through site visits, client meetings, and design consultations.
Proposal Development:
Create tailored proposals and contracts, demonstrating expertise in pool design, materials, and project details.
Client Engagement:
Introduce clients to West Bay Pools, effectively communicate the value of our services, and build trust.
Material & Design Assistance:
Help clients make informed decisions on materials, finishes, and features.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong client relationships post-sale, ensuring satisfaction throughout the construction process.
What We Offer Compensation & Incentives:
First 3 months: Base salary of $35,000 + $1,500 per pool sold After 3 months: Full commission structure: $2,500 per pool sold Annual bonus: $5,000 bonus for every 10 pools sold goal per year.
