As an Elevator Sales Representative , you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our elevator division. Your primary responsibilities will include generating new leads, fostering relationships with potential customers, and closing sales for our state-of-the-art elevator products and services.

Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored elevator solutions. Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring a consistent pipeline of new business. Stay updated on the latest elevator technologies and products to confidently present and demonstrate their benefits to clients. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRM software. Work closely with the marketing and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide post-sale support to clients, addressing any issues and ensuring a smooth installation process.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively. Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the drive to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule while meeting sales targets. Experience using CRM software to manage sales activities and customer interactions. Knowledge of elevator products and installation processes is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections and challenges with a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Compensation:

Full – Time Competitive commission-based structure with the potential to make $150,000+ depending on performance.
