Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, skilled in sales, and capable of building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for promoting our agency’s services, generating new leads, and supporting client acquisition and retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Understand clients’ marketing goals and recommend appropriate Smart Marketing services. Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM systems accurately. Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the agency. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide feedback to the team on market trends and client needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or sales (agency experience preferred). Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand marketing concepts and translate them into client benefits. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Comfortable using CRM, Microsoft Office, and sales tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
