Sales Representative Berkeley Outdoors Marine 2564 South Live Oak Drive, Moncks Corner, SC 29461 Berkeley Outdoors , a locally owned and operated marine dealership in South Carolina, has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales Representative at their Moncks Corner (SC) location. The Sales Representative will provide sales customer service. The Sales Representative may also follow-up with customers to ensure that adequate service has been provided in a timely manner in furtherance of Berkeley Outdoors’ commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have at least a High School diploma or equivalent. Sales, business development, or marketing experience is a plus. Position is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Availability to work every other Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, is required (when scheduled to work a Saturday, the ability to take another day off during that same week is granted). •This position will be responsible for servicing Berkeley Outdoors of Moncks Corner. Responsibilities Respond to inbound leads, over multiple communications channels Answer any questions and educate prospects about products/services provided Provide the appropriate level of information at the right time for interested prospects Follow-up, after sales/service, to ensure proper level of service was provided in a timely manner Keep current on all sales events, so the best information is provided to the customers Additional responsibilities as needed within the company Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Prior sales, business development, or marketing experience Marine, off-road vehicle, golf cart, and camper/RV experience (preferred) Experience with CRM software (preferred) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels Intermediate-level computer and typing skills Possess strong attention to detail Possess professional oral and written communication skills Ability to multitask Ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to work Saturdays (bi-weekly) Join our family as we strive to exceed our customers’ expectations while achieving our sales goals!
