Responsibilities•
Sales Consultant:
Greet customers warmly in our dealership and on the lot Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions Perform test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives Develop and maintain lasting customer relationships Utilize strong computer and phone skills to manage customer interactions efficiently Answer sales calls and respond to internet inquiries Meet daily phone and email quota Training will be provided
Qualifications/Requirements Sales Consultant:
A drive to succeed and exceed personal and team goals Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to cultivate and nurture relationships with customers Prior automotive sales experience is not necessary. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of auto sales! Strong computer & phone skills Experience with Internet, CRM, VinSolutions and Autotrader is a plus! Maintain a professional appearance and business attire Self-starter with a collaborative spirit Valid in-state driver’s license and car insurance Please upload your resume.
