40+ years in business and a 90% customer retention rate What You’ll Do Conduct property inspections and close sales with both residential and small business customers Follow up on inbound leads while proactively sourcing new opportunities (referrals, door-to-door outreach, local networking) Recommend pest control solutions tailored to each customer’s needs Stay current on products, services, and industry best practices to clearly communicate value What We’re Looking For Competitive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and drive Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly Outside sales experience preferred, especially in home services (pest control, alarms, roofing, etc.) Self-starter who can manage their time and territory independently Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout assigned region

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$35,000-$45,000

Commission:

Uncapped (starting at 11%) with monthly payouts

Vehicle & Gas:

Company vehicle provided + paid fuel
